RE: Scheduled Rehearsals for The Voices of the South
Calling all Pastors and Choir Members,
We are preparing for our 2010 Annual Conference Concert and to greet our new Bishop. We are inviting all who love to sing to join us. It is mandatory that participants attend all rehearsals. Please! Please! Please! Give us your assistance in getting the word out to anyone who wants to sing in the choir to meet us at the scheduled rehearsals. We need you!
Listed below are the dates and location for each rehearsal:

Listed below are the dates and location for each rehearsal:
- Bethel CME in Valdosta on May 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00p.m.
- Hines Memorial CME in Albany on May 22nd from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Holsey Chapel CME in Fitzgerald on June 5th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Holsey Chapel CME in Fitzgerald on July 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The Annual Conference Concert will be held Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.at Holsey Chapel CME in Fitzgerald. A dress rehearsal will be held on the same day of the concert at 5:00 p.m.
The attire will be a black dress or suit for the ladies. A black suit, white shirt and black tie for the men.
